Terms of Service

SHIPPING

Ship worldwide using economy (11-23 business days) shipping. Tracking number will be uploaded as soon as item are shipped. Please allow 4-7 business day before you can track your package from the system after tracking number been updated. Buyer are responsible for customs duty, taxes if it is applicable. Please be sure your address is listed correctly on ECRATER prior to making a purchase. If you have listed the incorrect address and the item has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately and we can change the address for you. If the item has already shipped and is returned due to a bad address, a refund will be issued minus any costs incurred to us for the return of the item. If the delivery is delayed due to unforeseen event within the shipping service's scope, we appreciate your patience and understanding while we resolve the issues with them.

PAYMENT POLICY

To ensure that all our customers have equal access to our inventory, we require immediate payment.

RETURN POLICY

If your item arrives damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or is the wrong item, we will refund to you accordingly. Please save packaging if item has shipping damage, may request pictures to file reimbursement from shipping service.

If item has already shipped and you decide you do not want it, item will be accepted in the same condition it was shipped. Refund will be given Minus Original Shipping Cost incurred by us based on following terms and conditions:

a) The item must be returned within period as stipulated in the listing and return shipping cost will incurred by buyer.
b) Items to be returned should be in original condition, unused, uninstalled, or without any missing part or damaged on the retail packaging.
c) We will not be responsible if return shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit.
d) Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for inner wears, such as socks, swimwear and underwear.

We will issue a refund within 2 days of the item being delivered and in satisfied conditions. If these conditions are not fulfilled, or anything unreasonable, it will NOT be accepted for returns.
